Green Spiral
is our
heart’s path to a more natural sense of well being.
Harkening back to our learned ancestors, we appreciate their skills and
knowledge in herbal lore. Combining that lore with modern science and
wisdom provides us with the means to create our line of herbal stuff. We
handcraft our herbal products in small, quality-controlled batches, using
only natural ingredients, many of which we grow in our garden, located in
the foothills of the Catskill Mountains.

The ideal product
for the ever growing problem of “overuse syndrome”. Wrist Rub contains
emu oil (well known for its therapeutic effect) and a selection of fast
absorbing essential oils traditionally used for their anti-inflammatory
